Interesting, so people who don't pay taxes don't get a share. Oh wait...
Can I trade my shares in the CBC for those in GM? - at least a vehicle is something useful.

Canada and the US invests the bucks and GM will rely on China to build more cars for export to North America? Where are the jobs out of that one?
