I didn't say it

“Mr. Harper may have left his balls out West when it comes to taking a principled stand against bailing out this industry like he used believe in.”

That's Kevin Gaudet of the Canadian Taxpayers Federation expressing his disappointment over Prime Minister Harper's decision to use taxpayer cash to top up GM pensions.

Gotta agree with him, we did not send Harper's Conservatives to Ottawa to practice socialism but to fight it.

Harper is no westerner. He has spent the past 4 years trying to convince central Canada that he is from Toronto. Why does he socialism surprise anyoie?

I don't support the bail out in principle, but much of Ontario's remaining industry is based on autos. Whether we like it or not that is the way it is. Also, those autos happen to burn a lot of gasoline. (real conservative)

  4. Yah Gerry, it takes big balls to sit at the sideline an throw daggers for the LibLuvin media to reproduce, for yet another Harper bashing column.

How about those big balls on Ignatieff, eh. Add another $1.5 billion per year
onto the deficit, as Dippers and Libs try to out bid eath other, for the vote of less than 2% of Canadians, that don't qualify for EI....

    Hey Wilson,

It takes "stones" to be a conservative and crticize the PM when he betrays conservative values.

If you and the other Harper cronies grew some spines, the PM may not be so quick to appease the left.

I don't agree with the support of the Pension plan. We as taxpayer shouldn't have our money used that way.

To save jobs and keep the economy going.....is what it is all about!!

The "Lie"brals would do the same thing or worse and we know what the NDP would do....so suck it up!

  8. But of course all of those western farmers who send Conservatives to Ottawa have been at the bailout trough for decades. CTF and Conservative eunuchs have no basis on which to lecture anybody about anything.
