The problem Canadian's have is it's been 40 yrats since Canada had a truly Conservative Gov't and in many cases that's a generation and a half of voters... Mulruin was a Red Tory in a blue jacket in tht he may have ran his first term as a PC but when the second term hit he decided to spend til the cows came home...for slaughter...
so to suggest Harper was trying to convince people he isn't a conservative is partly true....he is not a Mulrony Conservative....and certainly not a Joe "who"

Fiscal conservatism is dead in Canada and the freemarket is finished in the States. What's to become of us all?
