Reviewing the Liberal Ad

OK this Liberal TV ad has got to be one of the weirdest political spots I have ever seen.

The message seems to be: Vote for the Liberals because they can rhythmically clap their hands.

It makes the Liberal caucus look like some sort of bizarre cult.

Oh goody, can I join? I don't know if I'm Liberal enough to clap that good.

  8. What a sad looking bunch...enough to give a person a major nightmare...and a lot of the faces have pretty pathetic pasts.

  9. I think they unveiled this at their caucus where they claimed Dion was going to be showcasing his "team" during the election. Then he was on his own until Rae showed up yesterday.

And I've never seen this ad on TV. the ones I have seen on TV are flat.

  11. This was a piece that accompanied launch of The Green Shift back in the summer. It's not an election ad. Did you only just stumble across this now? Good grief... buy a clue.

  12. Red Tory,

You gotta admit, it's still a dopey ad.

  13. I won't dispute that with you. Cringe-worthy, in fact. But it's not an election ad.

This is the first time I have seen this ridiculous display. How could these supposedly mature adults be involved with such stupidity?
