Rogers' Rules

Rented The Queen last night, and must say I enjoyed it.

But the Rogers people who wrote the "Parents' Guide" that accompanied the movie are a little overzealous.

This is what it said on back of the DVD box:

Sex/nudity: bare-breasted statues.

Objectional Words/Phrases: approx. 1 (plus an additional "naughty" Britsh term).

Bare-breasted statues? Naughty terms?

Do I really need to be warned about this kind of stuff?

  1. At least Rogers only warns you of possible "offensive" things, Blockbuster censors scenes and "objectionable" language out, if THEY deem them too offensive. I quit renting from BB years ago, because of it.
