One more bit of tactical advice...
If Flanagan gets you into a corner and starts to lay on a beating, rely on your sense of humour to get you out of trouble. Western Canadian neocons cannot stand humour, and have no defense against it. It's like pouring a bucket of water on the Wicked Witch of the West...
Right. Because some petty little dispute between Canadian conservatives should be mentioned in the same breath with fighting fascism...
Incrementalism only works if you are incrementally going in the right direction.
... It's just that the goalposts have moved in the last few months... even in the last week.
... Although Mr. Harper deserves a zero in terms of advancing conservative economic values, it is only fair to acknowledge admirable achievements in every other area... nevermind having essentially eliminated any trace of Opposition- the only-recently considered "natural governing party" having become mostly a memory at this point.
