Brison Smears NCC

Well it’s been quite a day.

A clearly desperate Scott Brison decided he was going to smear the National Citizens Coalition and by extension, our former president Stephen Harper.

Speaking before the media, Brison declared the NCC had engaged in illegal lobbying activity, that we had been charged with breaking the Canada Elections Act six times and that we had been convicted of violating the Canada Election Action.

Serious charges.

The problem is they are all completely false.

The NCC does not lobby politicians, we were not charged six times with breaking the Election Act and we have never been convicted of anything.

I wrote Brison demanding an apology.

If one is not forthcoming, he can expect to hear from our lawyer.

I talked about this on the Mike Duffy news show this evening. Proud to be Canadian has put it on his site.

Check it out.

If you aren't consulting a lawyer tonight, what are you waiting for?

Mr. Nicholls, you did a great job defending the NCC and Mr. Harper this evening on CTV. I've been thinking for awhile of joining the NCC, and I finally did so this evening, thanks to Mr. Brison. :-)

I wrote a letter to an Edmonton newspaper and posted the text of it on the Western Standard's bog "The Shotgun" yesterday after watching the Mike Duffy show and his interview with you. Brison must be nailed hard for this untruthful, unjustified and unsubstantiated smear. The Lb/left cannot be allowed to get away with this sort of outright slander.

Scott Brison should be made to fully appologize in the house and in front of the national media.

The Liberal Party of Canada, and Paul Martin in particular, should be made to fully appologize for continuing Brisons deliberate lies and slander by posting his false and misleading information on their web site, which was googled and distributed widely, furthering the damage to Stephen Harper and the NCC.

Moving on to the lazy, intellectually bankrupt media that breathlessly quoted Brison in their stories, should be severly reprimanded by their editors for their rank incompetence in not checking their facts before reporting Brisons lies.

I won’t be holding my breath, even though I would turn a beautiful shade of deep Blue Tory waiting for justice to be seen to be done for Stephen Harper.

I can't wait for Harper's reforms to come in. Democratic political parties will be severely limited in their actions while corporately funded right wing organizations that operate under complete cover of darkness (such as the NCC and the Fraser Institute) will be allowed unlimited amounts of third party spending in election campaigns. It will be great to do away with the annoyance of democracy in this country. Please keep up the great work.

We need a regime change...pronto.

The Gomery report has confirmed what we have known now for years...that is...that the Liberal party is corrupt.
Justice Gomery's exonerating of PM Paul Martin is pure Liberal BUNK!!..Martin knew what was going on...and did nothing...this makes him culpable.

The shredders have been working overtime now for a long time, if the Liberals are allowed to stay in power, we may never truly get to the bottom of this scandal.

PM Martin is now crying he needs more time to shove his Gangster socialist agenda down our throats...the truth is he just wants to appoint more (alot more) deserving Liberals to jobs for life.
There have been too many scandals, millions, maybe billions of dollars are simply un-accounted for.

We need an election as soon as possible, we need to elect a conservative goverment, we need someone other than a Liberal (or) socialist to have a good hard look at the books.
